Class Information

• Instructors may change at short notice
• Class format may change if an instructor cannot be replaced
• All cycle classes are 45 minutes
• Please ensure you bring a towel and water to all classes
• Please turn mobile phones off or on silent mode during all classes  
• Classes with < 4 attendees may be cancelled
