ASSESSMENTS AND PROGRAMS

How do you measure the success of your fitness training? How will you know if you are achieving your goals? Or an even more basic Question…Do you know how to set your own goals? Our fitness assessments will give you the answers you are looking for.

A fitness assessment is designed to measure the effectiveness of your exercise program and diet. The fitness assessments at Resolution are very comprehensive. Whether you are looking for improvements in weight-loss, muscle strength/endurance training, muscle mass, aerobic fitness or flexibility – we can measure your progress. Our professional staff will interpret and explain your results for you.

After the fitness assessment, we sit down with our members and write them a professional program…and then we show them how to do the exercises and what weights or setting to use. No guessing, no wasting time on the wrong exercises or technique just the best way to achieve your goals!!
