Body Conditioning

It's a low impact class, with uncomplicated routines utilising light hand weights (optional) for additional upper body toning. May incorporate circuit type work or strength work with bands. Great for the beginner to intermediate participant. It's different from week to week and the instructor will cater to all levels of fitness.
