to Resolution’s ‘Biggest Loser’ program.
65 members recently signed up to be the 2006 Resolutions ‘Biggest
Loser’. The challenge was not designed to be a fad or
gimmick, but to sponsor a healthy, realistic and sustainable
weight-loss through practical diet and exercise habits. Participants
have used regular LES MILLS classes, weight circuits, cardio
drills, group walks, boxing sessions and fitness instructors
as well as nutrition lectures to make their transformations.
Results have been fantastic. It is difficult to
single out one particular member out of the bunch. On average
members are losing between 500-800grams per week. One member
has lost a jaw dropping 31 Kilos with the help of his trainer
Emma Priest.
The aim is to provide the structure for members
to make a real life change. Health and fitness clubs aren’t
just for the fit and healthy - they are for everybody. We challenge
you to see what you are capable of - you might surprise yourself!
